Mr. Thomas Poteete

Mr. Thomas Lee "Tom" Poteete, age 65, of Spring Hill, TN passed away November 27, 2012 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Tom was the pride and joy of the family, loved music, life, and all of his friends and family left behind. Preceded in death by father, Kirk Poteete; sister, Hannah P. Poteete and step-father, James Buchanan. Survived by his mother, Mary Poteete Buchanan; brothers, Dean (Katherine) Poteete and Jeffery Buchanan; sister, Sandra (Glenn) Brown; step brothers, William Boram, Jerry Buchanan, Ernest Boram and Tom Buchanan; step sister, Debbie Thrasher. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, November 30, 2012 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Burial in Poteete Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Teva Brown, Sonya Whittaker, Johnny Reed, Travis Veach, Joey Brown, Johnathan Ray, Matt Brown, Brian Poteete and Daniel Brown. Honorary pallbearers will be David Crawford, Harry Waller, Brittany Goodwin, Leon Waller, Ricky Davis, Sheba Reed, Candy Turman and Tracy Bruce. Memorials may be made to the Tom Poteete Memorial Fund.
