Mr. William Berger

BERGER, Mr. William, age 88 of Franklin, TN passed away December 17, 2009 at his home. Born in Hilliards, PA to the late Stephen & Mary Oravicz Berger. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during WWII and a foreman for a steel slitting factory; a member of Southern Hills Church of Christ. Preceded in death by grandson, William "Billy" Joseph Berger and great granddaughter, Lily Ann McMillan. Survived by wife, Anne Berger of Franklin, TN; son, William Steven (Julia) Berger of Trenton, MI; daughter, Sandra (James) Campbell of Franklin, TN and Emma (Dennis) Makins of Franklin, TN; six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00PM Sunday, December 20, 2009 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Danny Cottrell officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Grandsons, Chad & Terry Greene, Jason Berger, Jimmy Campbell, Kevin McMillan and John Faulkner will serve as pallbearers.
