DAVIS, Mr. William E. "Billy", age 68 of Franklin, TN, March 30, 2010, after an extended illness. Retired from City of Franklin Water Dept. after 17 years of service. He was also a self employed farmer and a former Board Member of the Tennessee High School Rodeo Association. Preceded in death by parents, Roy E. & Virginia Overby Davis. Survived by: devoted wife of 47 years, Phoebe Sherry Peay Davis; sons, Tony (Jennifer) Davis & Scott( Ashley) Davis; grandchildren, Will, Lainey, Waylon & Wyatt Davis; brothers, Elliott (Annette) Davis & Everett (Judy) Davis; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, April 2, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Leipers Fork Cemetery. Family & friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be 4-8PM Thursday and one hour prior to service at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615 794-2289. www.williamsonmemorial.com
