Mr. William Knight

KNIGHT, Mr. William Brent "Bill", age 50 of Franklin, TN. Bill passed to heaven early on June 20, 2010 at home with his family at his side. He was a man of courage, strength, honor and wit. He dearly loved his wife and children and was passionate about Southern history and his friends. He fought a valiant war against cancer for three years and never surrendered. His smile and humor will be missed beyond words. A native Nashvillian and veteran of the Air National Guard as Senior Airman from 1980-1986. Survived by wife, Suzy Head Knight; sons, Will & Jim Knight; daughter, Caitlin Knight all of Franklin, TN; parents, Billy & Anita Knight, Brentwood, TN; sisters, Karen (Randy) Rogers, Nashville, TN & Debra Knight, Brentwood, TN; father in law & mother in law, Billy & Patty Head, Hermitage, TN and other loving family members. Funeral service will be conducted 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Buck Dozier officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers: Billy, Will & Jim Knight, Austin & Zach Rogers, Bob & Jeff Terrell & Billy Head. Honorary pallbearers: Randy Rogers, Bobby Knight, Chris Knight, Mike & Steve Head, Jim Wilson, Mark Stevens, Mike Todd, Jim Kay, John Olive, Jay Williams, Tim Pardue, Tim Street, Jerry Tabers, Greg Samuel, Tim Easter, John Enkema & Ernie Reynolds.
