MCCORD, Ms. Cynthia Owens, age 60 of Franklin, TN, April 16, 2012. Formerly employed with the Dept. of Labor in Washington, DC. Preceded in death by father, John R. Owens. Survived by mother, Arzzlie Owens; daughter, Nyssa (Anthony) Phillips and granddaughter, Lavinia Phillips. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Pastor Skip Hulan officiating. Burial will follow in Hudgins Cemetery. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
