Preceded in death by father, Wesley Waynick and brother, Wesley Waynick, Jr. Survived by sons, Randy Lampley, Jr & Tyler Lampley both of Franklin, TN; father of the children, Randy Lampley; mother, Alta Dugger of BeechGrove, TN; brother, Jeff Waynick of Murfreesboro, TN; sisters, Karen Flatt of Spring Hill, TN, Missy Waynick of Nashville, TN, Lisa Schotts of Murfreesboro, TN. Services will be conducted 1:00pm Friday, June 3, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Brett Robb officiating. Burial in Williamson Memorial Gardens, Family and Friends to serve as Pallbearers.
