Patricia "Pat" Ann Murff Blackburn, age 82 of College Grove, TN passed away September 27, 2019. Born in Davidson County, TN to the late Wiley & Thelma Sweeney Murff. She was an equestrian rider instructor for many years, teaching many children how to ride. Also a former substitute teacher and secretary at Trinity Elementary School. Preceded in death by her husband, Gale Blackburn. Survived by son, Timmy Blackburn of College Grove, TN; daughter, Melissa (David) Young of the Caney Springs Community; grandchildren, Brooke Blackburn, Colton Young and Maleia Young; special friend, Melissa Bonds Tilley. Graveside service will be held 11:00AM Friday, October 4, 2019 at Triune Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Donna Savage, Shack & Marie Herbert and Stan & Carla Medley. Perry Muse will officiate.
