Patrick Hans Albert, age 52 of Auburn, KY and formerly of Nashville, TN. He was one of Nashville's original Punk Rockers who has gone to the Great Gig In The Sky. Former member of C.P.S. - The Committee For Public Safety and later in Cheetah Chrome's solo band among several other projects, musician Pat Albert passed away surrounded by family on 12/3/2017 after a short fight with cancer. Many longtime Nashvillians will remember Pat's aggressive style of music that matched his approach to life. Pat was fixture of the early Punk Rock scene that thrived in venues like Cantrell's, Spanky's, Exit/In and Elliston Square from 1980 to 1987. Pat made a living as a master motorcycle mechanic. He is survived by his father, Jerry Albert; mother, Anita Camp; sister, Ammie Kenney (Whit Hubner); nephews, Jeremy and Will Kenney; fiancé, Karissa Cliff. Preceded in death by sister, Christina Eva Albert and step-father, John Camp. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Joe Copolo officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-7pm Tuesday and one hour prior to the service Wednesday. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Richard Zacchio, Dave Willie, Mark Medley, Matt Bach, Matt Swanson, Chris Davis and Steve Albert. Honorary pallbearers will be Cheetah Chrome, Mike Wurster and Johnny Tomlin.
