Pauline Elizabeth Pewitt, age 98 of Nashville, TN passed away November 25, 2019. Born in Williamson County, TN to the late John & Ludie Ester Givens. She was a registered nurse at Williamson County Hospital and Claiborne & Hughes Convalescent Home. Preceded in death by her husband, William Albert Pewitt, Sr.; son, William Albert Pewitt, Jr.; sister, Irene Givens. Survived by daughter, Susan Pewitt Gillespie; brother, John Givens, Jr.; sister, Alma Givens Rowe; grandchildren, William Mark (Kristen) Gillespie and Abigail Elizabeth Gillespie; great-granddaughter, Vada Marie Gillespie. Funeral service will be held 1:00PM Friday, November 29, 2019 with visitation two hours prior to the service at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Franklin First United Methodist Church, 120 Aldersgate Way, Franklin, TN 37069.
