Penny Bass

BASS, Mrs. Penny Jo, age 42 of the Flat Creek Community passed away October 30, 2009 at her home. Member of Hillview Baptist Church. Preceded in death by father, Larry Joe Starnes. Survived by husband, Robert Allen "Bubby" Bass; sons, Robert Dillon Bass and Corey Daniel Bass; mother, Mamie Ruth (Harold) Tomlin; mother in-law, Caffie Jane Bass; brother, Michael Starnes; sisters, Pamela (Steve) Anderson & Paula Starnes; sister in-law, Pam (Larry) Conner and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 1:00PM Sunday, November 1, 2009 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Reid Hughes, Gwen Pullen & Jim Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Kenneth Slaughter, Brandon Jones, Steve Gray, Dean Schnakenberg, Austin Pierce and Willie Poteete. Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Monk, Berry Don Wade, Troy Smithson, Brian & David Anderson, Timmy & Tommy Gray, Brad Williams and Curtis Conner. Memorials may be made to the Penny Jo Bass Memorial Fund. Visitation will be 1-8PM Saturday and one hour prior to the service at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615-794-2289.
