Miss Ravane Leigh Ray, age 20 of Fairview, TN, passed away suddenly on May 3, 2014. A Celebration of her life will be conducted 11:00 AM Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Smith & Bro. Ronnie Johnson officiating. Interment Beard Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Charles Holt, C.J. Hargrove, Jesse Ray, Cody Ray, Bo Ray, Jimmy Ray and Tyler Meadows. Ravane was a bright light who always smiled and gave hugs for everyone. She loved people and had a huge heart that was bigger than life. She loved her brothers, sisters and little nephew. She was a real person and was always willing to share her feelings very clearly with others. She always told you she loved you. She loved and cherished Conor and he was her best friend. She loved scary movies, Sponge Bob, dressing up, looking beautiful and she loved her music. As a child and teen, she enjoyed going to church camp at Camp Garner Creek and attended until she was 18 years old. She graduated in 2012 from Fairview High School with honors and was a member of the Beta Club. After graduation she attended Empire Beauty School. She was employed at Williamson County Medical Center in the Hospitality Department. She is survived by father, Billy Ray of Thompson Station, TN; mother, Rhonda Barber of Leipers Fork Community, TN; brothers, Cody and Jesse Ray of Thompsons Station, TN; sisters, Brittany Ray of Thompsons Station, TN and Abby Foster of Fairview, TN; grandparents, Sandra Faye and James Heithcock of Leipers Fork Community, TN, Eddie Ray of Triune, TN, Evelyn Barber of Leipers Fork Community, TN, Donna and Randy Foster of Fairview, TN; great grandparents, Bonnie Ray of Triune, TN, Sue Pewitt of Bon Aqua, TN, Clayton and Susie Heithcock of Thompsons Station, TN; special aunt and uncle, Terra and Chad Foster of Fairview, TN; nephew, Caleb Ray of Thompsons Staton, TN; the love of her life and best friend, Conor Meadows and many other loving family members. She was preceded in death by great grandfathers, Bethel Ray, R.A. Pewitt and Benton Holt; great grandmother, Clara Holt, grandfather, Jess Barber and special aunt, Jane Holt. Memorials may be made in memory of Ravane Ray to M.A.D.D. or Garner Creek Church Camp.
