MITCHELL, Mr. Raymond Douglas, age 43 of the Bethesda Community passed away January 19, 2014. Preceded in death by father, William "Billy" Mitchell. Survived by: mother, Irene Poteete Mitchell; wife, Denise Mitchell, sons, William Oxendine, Adam McCandless, Andrew Mitchell, &Christopher Mitchell; daughters, Deanna Mitchell & Megan Mitchell; stepson, Chad Oxendine; brothers, James "E.I." Mitchell, Jerry "Bubba" Mitchell & David Wiley; sisters, Lillian "Bunches" Mitchell, Peggy King, Mary Wiley Poteete, Irene Wiley; grandchild, Austin Cooper and other loving family members. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment Anderson Cemetery. Pallbearers will be James Mitchell, Jr., Brandon Mitchell, Chris Wiley, Bernie Jones, Scotty Mitchell Daniel Carter, Josh Mitchell & Justin Barnhill. Memorials may be made to the Raymond Mitchell Memorial Fund.
