Richard Edward Jordan, age 86, of Franklin, passed away on January 9, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward A. Jordan and Ethel Jordan
He is survived by his wife, Marie Jordan, his three children: Rosemarie Brent and Son-In-Law Gary Brent, Julie Evans and Son-In-Law Greg Evans, and Lance Jordan, three grandchildren: Brent Upchurch, Ryan Evans, and Sydney Evans, and two great grandchildren.
A veteran of the Korean War, Mr. Jordan was also a longtime realtor as well as a founding member of the local Antique Care Club.
Visitation will be 12 noon to 2PM Saturday January 30 with a brief memorial service immediately after at the Franklin TN Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Adopt a Golden, P.O. Box 361753, Birmingham AL 35246 or to Franklin First United Methodist Church.
