CARTER, Mr. Robert Howell, age 56 of Indianapolis, IN. passed away in his home October 1, 2011. Resident of Franklin, TN for 36 years before moving to Indianapolis. Graduate of Franklin High School in 1975, Team Manager of the 74'-75' Franklin High School baseball team. Also voted by his piers in 2010 as having the most school spirit. Preceded in death by parents, Howell and Toni Harmon Carter; fraternal grandparents, William and Jewell Harmon. Survived by adoptive mother, Alice A. Jackson of Indianapolis, IN; brothers, Rod Jackson, Ryan Jackson and Kerry Jackson; sister, Kim Jackson; aunt, Kathey Regalis; uncle, Joseph Bonin; 13 nieces and nephews; 4 great nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 2:00PM Thursday, October 6, 2011 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, David Crichlow officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens.
