RAINEY, Mr. Robert Buford "Bob", age 91 of Franklin, TN, December 25, 2010. Owner and Operator of Rainey's Body Shop of Franklin for 50 years, Veteran of the U.S. Army, 88th Quartermaster Co. serving in Northern Africa and Italy during WWII and saw active duty during the Berlin Conflict and served in the Army Reserves for 34 years, Member of the Church of Christ. Preceded in death by parents, Ensley and Myrtie Martin Rainey; brothers, Aulean and Oliver Rainey; sister, Lula Mae Mahan. Survived by: wife of 63 years Kathrine Jones Rainey of Franklin, TN.; son, Michael Rainey of Franklin, TN.; daughter, Kathy (Joe) Page of Hermitage, TN.; sisters, Talitha (John) Williams of Franklin, TN., Elizabeth (Jim) Bryant, Barbara Campbell and Mary (Benton) Martin all of Lewisburg, TN. Graveside Services will be conducted 1:00PM Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Williamson Memorial Gardens, Bro. Franklin Williams officiating. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
