Robert Thomasson

Mr. Robert Wilson Thomasson, age 96 passed away September 23, 2015. Veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II. Member of the Southern Baptist Home Mission Board in Atlanta, GA. Senior Vice President with Decatur Federal Savings and Loan and with First Federal of Lake Worth, with over 60 years of service. Preceded in death by son, Douglas Stephen Thomason. Survived by: son, Larry (Olivia) Thomason of Stone Mountain, GA; Gayle Moyer (Don) Harris of Brentwood, TN; grandchildren, Laura (John) Mostaghel, John (Andrea) Thomason, Stephen Thomason, Dean (Jennifer) Moyer and David (Carolyn Sue) Moyer, Chesley (Greg) Simpson & Paige (Henry) Menge; sixteen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 PM EST, Saturday, September 26, 2015 at Floral Hills Memory Gardens in Tucker, GA, Dr. Dan Parker officiating. Memorial service will be conducted 5:00 PM Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Brentwood Baptist Church - Baskin Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service.
