Mr. Ronald W. Kerr, age 78 of Franklin, TN passed away June 8, 2015. He was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. A native of Detroit, MI, he was an accomplished businessman in real estate and the music business. He was also a talented trumpeter, gentleman farmer, and avid sailor, winning the J-24 Class, U.S. Championship two separate years. His vivacious spirit and love for life will be forever missed. Preceded in death by his parents, Walter & Eleanor Burr Kerr. Survived by: loving & beloved wife, Gwyneth B. Kerr; daughter, Bonnie S. Kerr; sons, Ronald S. (Wendy) Kerr, Robert W. (Lisa) Kerr & Donald W. Kerr; grandchildren, Peter, Madeline, Amelia, Rowan, Daphne, Brianna & Veronica; and Marion Stahl Kerr of Miami, FL, mother of his children. A Life Celebration Gathering shall be 5-7 PM Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Sound Stage Studios, 10 Music Circle South, Nashville, TN 37203.
