MAYFIELD, Mrs. Ruby "Snooks" Pennington, age 69 of Columbia, TN formerly of College Grove. November 1, 2012. Former bus driver for Williamson County Schools and Manager of the Log Cabin convenient store. Devoted member of MADD. Preceded in death by husband, Carl R. "Copperhead" Mayfield; parents, Elijah & Evie Dodd Pennington. Survived by daughters, Marjorie (Eric) Wallace, Cindy Burkett, and Robbie Mayfield; sister, Alma (William) Shepherd; grandchildren, Michael Ball, ShaClair Garcia, Daniel Ball, David Vincion, Chloe Wallace, Andy & Jake Burkett, and Hayley Moran; great grandchildren, Claura, Matthew, and Emma Garcia. Memorial Service will be held 2:00PM Sunday, November 4, 2012 at the Elks Lodge, 485 Oak Meadow Dr. Franklin, TN. 37064, Jasper Hatcher officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Ruby Mayfield Memorial Fund.
