Sallie Emma Gale Hooks, age 72 of Burns, TN passed away February 18, 2017.

Survived by: son, James W. (April Howell) Hooks; daughters, Patricia Du & Lynn (Frank Smith) Hooks; brother, Jimmy (Jackie) Phillips; sisters, Ethel Phillips & Sandra Crutcher; grandchildren, Chris (Sarah) Du, Matthew Du, Cory (Cate) Cowan & Jared Hooks; great grandchildren, Madison Hooks & Gavin Du and other loving family members.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating.

Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens.

Family will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation will be 4-8PM Monday and two hours prior to the service on Tuesday at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615 794-2289. www.williamsonmemorial.com
