Sarah Smithson

Sarah "Jackie" Fitzgerald Smithson, age 77 of the Peytonsville Community passed away on August 27, 2018. Jackie retired from Kusan-AeroQuip. She is preceded in death by, her parents, William Edward and Effie Mae Potts Fitzgerald; daughter, Lisa Smithson Grace; brother, Max Fitzgerald and sisters, Jean Smith and Ann Graves. A loving Mother and Grandmother, she is survived by; sons, Mike (Schontel) Smithson and Tony (Kim) Smithson, both of the Peytonsville Community; four grandchildren, Abbi Smithson, Matthew Smithson, Colton (Kayla) Emler and Brittany Kuethe; and two great grandchildren, Dakota Dewey and Tate Emler. She loved her grandchildren and family very much. Pallbearers will be her sons and grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff at NHC Franklin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Tuesday August 28, 2018, 4:00-8:00pm and one hour prior to the service. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday August 29, 2018 at 1:00PM at Williamson Memorial. Burial to follow at Hilltop Cemetery, in Hickman County.
