Charles Preston Cox, Ret. U.S. Army Command Sargent Major, age 54, of Spring Hill, TN, died January 16, 2011. Charles was a 1974 graduate of Titusville High School and also graduated from Regents College. He was an employee of Ford Motor Credit Company in Franklin, TN. Survived by his daughter, Catherine Cox of Norman, OK; son, Robbie Cox of Franklin, TN; mother, Lucille Thompson Cox of Titusville, FL; brothers, Michael Cox of Titusville, FL & Roger Cox of Dallas, TX; sister, Donna Cox of Cocoa, FL. The family will visit with friends 6-8 PM Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, 5239 Main St., Spring Hill, TN. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, January 22, 2011 at North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville, FL, with visitation on Friday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home, Rev. Pat Leverington will officiate. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Titusville, FL with full military honors. The military will serve as pallbearers.
