Ms. Shelia Anne "Sissy" Kelly, age 51, of Spring Hill, TN, passed away September 8, 2010 at Southern Hills Medical Center. Sissy was a Certified Nursing Technician, having worked at nursing facilities in Nashville, TN. Preceded in death by her parents, Jerry & Edith Nall Pegram. Survived by her sisters, Carol Ogburn and Rhonda Kay (Anthony) McConnell of Nashville, TN; brothers, Lonnie Wayne Pegram of Nashville, TN, Ray (Patti) Pegram of Spring Hill, TN, Lawrence Eugene Pegram of Lebanon, TN and Terry Pegram of Nashville, TN; grandmother, Willie V. Jordan of Nashville, TN; companion, Richard C. Keeney of Nashville, TN and many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home, with Barry Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Lonnie, Ray, Lawrence, Terry, John, and Brandon Pegram, Keith Walton, Michael Clark and Mark Stephens.
