Mrs. Shirley Anne Parker Kenner, age 83 of Franklin, TN passed away September 13, 2016. She retired as an accounting technician with the Naval Air Station, Millington, TN. Preceded in death by husband, Carl Van Kenner. Survived by: son, Carl Van Kenner, Jr. of Hong Kong; daughters, Teri Conn of Chattanooga, TN & Laura Thomas of College Grove, TN; grandchildren, Kevan Kenner, Christopher Conn, Melissa (Thomas) Cook and Erin Thomas; great grandchildren, Westlyn and Siena Cook.
