Sue Karyl Smith, age 69 of Franklin, TN passed away December 1, 2017. Member of Christ Community Church. Taught school in North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. Preceded in death by parents, James Hill Jr. and Rala May Bulla Hardie. Survived by: husband of 48 years, Steven "Moose" Smith; sons, Geoffrey (Laura) Smith and Isaac Smith; daughter, Susannah (Mitch) White; brother, Ben (Karen) Hardie; sisters, Virginia (Harold) Pyrtle, Doris (Craig) White and Julia (Don) Kaczvinsky; grandchildren, Macy White, Molly Smith, Charlie Smith, Jeff White and Virginia White. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Noon Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Christ Community Church, Pastor David Cassidy officiating. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service. Internment Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital , 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105.
