Taylor Cook

Taylor Lamar Cook, age 79 of Franklin, TN went to be with the Lord on January 12, 2019. Born in Prattville, AL to the late Joseph Eli Cook and Ada Priscilla Harris Cook. Taylor enjoyed hunting and fishing and he was an avid fan of Auburn football. He was formerly a sales manager of Pinkerton Tobacco Co. and most recently was a greater at WalMart. He adored his grandchildren and loved watching them play sports. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Preceded in death by his son, Rod "Bunky" Cook as well as numerous siblings. He leaves behind his sister, Sarah Richardson; daughter-in-law, Missy Cook; grandchildren, Carson, Colby and Cooper Cook; former wife, Mary H. Cook and numerous nieces, nephews and loving family members. Funeral services will be held at 6:00PM on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:30-6:00PM on Tuesday. Burial will take place at 1:00PM on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Greenwood Cemetery in Montgomery, AL.
