Teandra Trenice Walker, age 15, passed-away on July 23, 2020 in Franklin, TN. She was born in Davidson County, TN on August 30, 2004 to the parents of Shelika Poynter and Terrance Walker.
Teandra was educated in the public schools of Williamson County. She was a rising Junior at Centennial High School.
She enjoyed dancing, listening to music, such as, rap, old school blues, R&B, country and Gospel. One of her favorite tv shows was Vampire Diaries. She had a passion to draw and write poems. Teandra enjoyed playing basketball. She was recently playing AAU basketball for her Uncle Brad Poynter and cousin Carrissa Poynter. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends on a daily basis. Teandra was fun, loving, and caring. She definitely had a way to show each person how she cared about them.
Teandra leaves cherished memories to her parents, Shelika Poynter and Terrance Walker; sisters, ShaBree Dodson, Natrecia Walker, Chantelle Dodson, Briana Thorpe; brothers, T.J. Walker, Isaac Jenkins and Kash Anderson; grandparents, John (Sallie) Poynter, John (Sharon) Walker, Shirley Harrison; uncles, John (Sherry) Poynter, Brad Poynter, Tony Harrison, Orlando Smith, Quan Walker; aunts, Sonya Windrow, Nikki Walker, Starla Walker; many loving cousins and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted 2:00PM Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home. Pastor Conway officiating.
