Van Payne

Van Lua Harris Payne, age 81 of Franklin, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior April 4, 2019. Van was a dedicated mother and grandmother to her family. She was a faithful and loving wife to her husband, Glen who was a renown gospel vocalist with the Cathedral Quartet. Preceded in death by husband, Glen Weldon Payne. Survived by: children, Carla Marie (Mike) Watters of Spring Hill, TN, Glen Todd (Lori) Payne of Franklin, TN and Darla Lee (Kevin) Hammons of Franklin, TN; brothers, Earl Harris of Lake Helen, FL; sister, Nancy Sparling of Bedford, OH; brother in law, Kenneth Don Payne of Dallas, TX and grandchildren, Jordan William Traylor, Marla Vanlee Traylor, Glen Cole Payne, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Rick White officiating. Interment Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be, Kevin Hammons, Mike Watters, Jordan Traylor, Glen Cole Payne, George Lane Younce and Ernie Haase. Honorary pallbearers will be Kenneth Don Payne, James Payne and the Southern Gospel Family.
