Velma Louise Bagsby, age 76, of Franklin passed away on June 4, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Eugene Keys and Nellie Stinson; and her sister, Shirley Bowers. Survived by husband of 59 years, William "Bill" Bagsby; son Michael (Carolyn) Bagsby; daughter, Pat (Brad) Rogers; brother, Randall (Barbara) Keys; grandchildren, Brianna Rogers, Lauren Miller, Kristin Bagsby, Michael Bagsby, Jr.; great grandchild, Adelyn Miller. Funeral service will be 3:00 PM, Tuesday, June 6, 2017 and visitation will be Monday, 4:00-8:00PM and one hour prior to the service at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home and burial will be in Williamson Memorial Gardens.
