IRWIN, Mrs. Velma, age 79 of Columbia, TN formerly of Franklin, TN. January 30, 2014. She was a devoted mother who loved spending time with her daughter and grandchildren. She was hardworking and generous person. Former employee of WalMart, Kroger and HG Hills. Preceded in death by her husband David Irwin and parents, Guy and Lucille Watson Allen. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Irwin Coe; grandchildren, Steven and Abby Coe; brother, Bill (Maureen) Allen. Services will be held 11:00am Saturday, February 1, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service.
