Wallace Jarratt

JARRATT, Wallace E., age 86, passed away on November 17, 2013. He is survived by daughters Bridget Vernon and Beverly Brandenburg; honorary granddaughter Shelby Herlong; three sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Joyce; his parents, Ellis and Eugenia Jarratt; his sons-in-law, Michael Vernon and James Brandenburg; and two siblings, Robert Jarratt and Mildred Hastings. Mr. Jarratt retired from the State of Tennessee after working 25 years in the Department of Transportation in supervisory positions. He was in the U S Army during the Korean Conflict. In the early 1970's he served as an auxiliary policeman for the City of Franklin. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment will be in Cave Springs Cemetery, Maury County, TN.
