Wanda Luna

Mrs. Wanda Henley Luna, age 81 of Franklin, TN, October 5, 2014. Born in Alabama to the late Otis Johnston & Lou Wallace Henley. Wanda went to the University of Alabama where she was in Tri Delta sorority and where she met and married Bobby Luna. Wanda was an avid sports spectator and lover of her dogs and horses. She helped decorate Bobby's nearby constructed houses for many years and moved a record number of times during their 55 years of marriage. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Kendall Luna; brother, Otis Johnston Henley; sister, Joyce Henley Morrissette; . Survived by sons, Jay Henley (Jill Hoke) Luna & Drew Johnston (Tina Inman) Luna; grandchildren, Jamie Luna (Jarrod) Boyd, Kendall Luna, Drew Johnston Luna & Jay Hooper Luna; three great granddaughters. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00AM Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Steve Blackman & Myron Keith officiating. Interment, Williamson Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers: Bill Blackburn, Tommy Jones, Tom McArthur, John Harlin, Jarrod Boyd, Brad Gaidos, Tim Brown & John Nichols. Honorary pallbearers: Elders and Deacons of Heritage Church of Christ.
