William James "Bill" "Bluespot" Cude, Jr. It is with great sadness that the family of William J. Cude, Jr. announces his sudden passing on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at the age of 69. Bill will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 48 years, Janice Garrett Cude, daughter Erica Cude (Matt) Montgomery and grandson, Will. Preceded in death by parents, William J., Sr. and Marie Smartt Cude. Bill retired from International Fire Protections in 2009. He loved target shooting and earned many marksmanship medals in competition. For the past seven years he has enjoyed being with his little buddy "Will". They made many memories together. Memorial services will be conducted 4:00 PM Sunday, November 19, 2017 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Harvey Sullens officiating. Memorials may be made to Columbia Academy's Spring Hill Campus, Columbia Academy, 1101 West 7th Street, Columbia, TN 38401.
