William James Kraft, age 66 of Franklin, TN passed away June 5, 2016. Bill was an architect, builder, artist and poet-the salty dog of North Lick Creek. He built his ship on land because the rough seas could not support his solid foundation. He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Winifred Kraft, who tirelessly cared for him in his final years, son Jacob (Rae) Kraft, son Gabriel (Stephanie) Kraft, granddaughter Neva Rae Kraft and grandson Jeriah William Alford Kraft. He leaves behind a valley, a county, and a state peppered with a fleet of homes built with precision, care and a steady hand, providing a reminder which will stand for years to come-his friends and family could not ask for a more suitable memorial to his legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Belvedere Commons Employee Fund. Please contact Emily Nesbitt for information at Belvedere Commons: 615 794-6693. Visitation 12:00 Noon until 3:00 PM Saturday, June 11, 2016 at WILLIAMSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 615 794-2289. www.williamsonmemorial.com
