William Martin, Sr.

June 27, 1936 — March 9, 2017

William Harold "Pops" Martin, Sr. age 80 of College Grove, TN passed away March 9, 2017. He was born in Dublin, GA to the late Horace William & Ada Sutton Martin. Harold was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a member of the Sons of the Confederate Veterans. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Betty M. Griffin and Hazel McCuen. Survived by wife of 58 years, Janet D. Martin; sons, William Harold Martin, Jr. and Daniel Horace Martin. Funeral service will be 1:00PM Monday, March 13, 2017 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service. Bro. James Miller officiating. Burial will follow in Williamson Memorial Gardens. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
