William Taylor "Bubba" McMillen age 79 of Franklin, TN passed away July 11, 2019. He was a lifelong resident of Williamson Co. Bubba was a graduate of Franklin High School class of 1959. His passions were horses, rodeo and line dancing. Bubba worked as brick salesman with Herbert Materials and he served two terms as an Alderman for the City of Franklin. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fred Thomas McMillen Sr. and Myrtle Smith McMillen Mangrum and brother, Fred Thomas McMillen, Jr. Survived by his loving daughters, Dana (David) Graveno and Kristy (Jesse) Jones; grandchildren, Andrew Graveno, Jae Edwards and Taylor (Kalia) Edwards; great grandson, Waylon Taylor Edwards; brothers, Joe (Judy) McMillen and Jimmy Mangrum; sister, Diane Mangrum and many loving nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held 11:00AM Monday, July 15, 2019 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Joe McMillen, David Graveno, Jesse Jones, Taylor Edwards, Andrew Graveno and Dustin McMillen will serve as pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers include the Franklin High class of 1959, owners and patrons of Halfway Market. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society. Visitation with the McMillen Family will be held 4-8:00PM Sunday, July 14, 2019 and one hour prior to the service Monday at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home.
