William Mitchell, Jr.

Mitchell, Mr. William "Bill" E., Jr., age 81 of Franklin, TN, passed away December 11, 2014. Bill graduated in 1959 from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was a long time businessman and entrepreneur in Franklin. He was a veteran of the US Army who served during the Korean Conflict. He is preceded in death by his parents, William Edgar, Sr. and Mary Ross Mitchell. Survived by his loving wife, JoAnn; sons, William (Bonnie) Mitchell and John (Abby) Mitchell; daughter, Julia (James) Peeler and grandchildren, Cory (Dustin), Katy, Billy, Emily, Allison and Sarah; great grandchildren, Jude and Ruby. A celebration of life service will be held 4:00PM with visitation from 2-4:00PM Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Harpeth Presbyterian Church, 3077 Hillsboro Rd. Brentwood, TN. 37027.
