WHITEHURST, Mr. William Lewis, age 72 of Franklin, TN, June 23, 2014. Veteran of the U.S. Army. Member of VFW 4093, American Legion Post 22, West Nashville Moose Lodge 2221 & Blazer Lane Sportsman Club. Preceded in death by parents, Arthur & Katherine Lewis Whitehurst and brother, Edward Whitehurst. Survived by brother, Wallace Hughes (Martha) Whitehurst of Lavergne, TN; nieces, Wendy & Amy Whitehurst; great niece, Jessica Fusco; great nephew, Torey Fusco. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00PM Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jim Taylor officiating. Active pallbearers will be Donnie Cameron, Billy McGee, James Maddox, Mike Tomlin, Thomas "Tom Cat" Bennett & J.W. Beard. Honorary pallbearers will be Coley Harper, Bubba Hay, Stacy Garner & Clyde Stephens.
