Willie Netherton

Mr. Willie Joe Netherton, age 70, Franklin, TN, passed away February 28, 2015. He was an avid member of Holt's Chapel Church of Christ and was employed with City of Franklin Sanitation Department for 30 years. Preceded in death by parents, Jesse Lee and Nora Keith Netherton; seven sisters; and four brothers. Survived by daughter, Sarah Netherton; step-son, Billy Joe McCandless, Jr.; and grandchildren, Karsen McKin, Jesse Joe, Billy Joe III and Bobby Joe McCandless. Funeral service will be conducted 1PM Tuesday, March 3, 2015 at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, Jerry McCord officiating. Interment Greenbriar Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Frankie Nall, Michael Holt, Steve Baker, Phillip Huckelba, Calvin Reed and John Beard. Honorary pallbearers will be J.P. Fly, John Heithcock, Thelbert Beard, Jonathan Jones, Allen Beard, Henry Beard, Ace Holt and Jerry Pratt. Memorials may be made to the Willie Joe Netherton Memorial Fund.
