Licensed funeral director with thirty years of experience in the funeral and cemetery industry with daily continued service to the community. Served as President of Williamson Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services; served as Secretary/Treasurer of Williamson Memorial Gardens and served as Vice President of Spring Hill Memorial Park, Funeral Home and Cremation Services.



In addition to day-to-day funeral and business responsibilities, organized and coordinated community events and served as Master of Ceremony for all annual events including:


· Easter Community Service coordinating with local pastors and musicians at Williamson Memorial Gardens.

· Memorial Day Flag Placement with joint cooperation with VFW Post 4893 and Elks Lodge 72 at Williamson Memorial Gardens.

· Veterans Day Service coordinating with keynote speakers and musicians at Spring Hill Memorial Park, Funeral Home and Cremation Services.

· Candlelight Memorial Services conducted at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Services and Spring Hill Memorial Park, Funeral Home and Cremation Services coordinating and providing holiday grief program for the families served in the community. In addition to the service, personally paints ornaments for each family served during the year.


May, 2025, received recognition as the Distinguished Iconic Woman of Williamson County along with seven other recipients.


Currently serving as:


· President and Board of Director with A Vintage Affair (501c3 organization that raises funds and contributes to various charities for women and children)

· Board of Director and Vice Chair with Williamson Health Hospital Foundation

· Board of Director with Columbia State Community College Foundation Board serving on the Trustee Committee

· Board of Director with 100th Club of Franklin serving as Secretary (Police Department organization)

a regional association serving sixteen states.

· Former Board of Director with Williamson County Franklin Chamber of Commerce

· Former committee member and organizer for two of the Service of Remembrance Services for the National Funeral Directors Association.


Participate in philanthropic contributions through the Stephens Kalthoff Legacy Fund. Funded the Pamela Stephens and Tim Kalthoff Innovative Lab at Columbia State Community College Williamson Campus. Funded the Elite Room 654 on the sixth floor at Williamson Medical Center. Continued support to various local charities including High Hopes Development, WAVES, Friends of Franklin Parks and the local VFW Post 4893 and many more.


Member of Mt. Carmel Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Married to Tim Kalthoff; mother of two Matt Martin and wife Paige and Mandi Goodrich and husband Clarke; bonus mother to four, Matt, Judd, Jeffrey and Shannon; grandmother “Mimi” to Stirlin, Matti, Langley, Sam, Mantle, Addy, Camilla, Marghee and Trey. Enjoy traveling with husband; playing golf and spending time with family and friends at our second home on Center Hill Lake.

Brandi Hickman Ray is a compassionate and experienced funeral director with over two decades of dedicated service in the funeral industry. A proud native of Williamson County, Tennessee, Brandi is a graduate of Page High School and an alumna of John A. Gupton College.


Brandi is honored to serve the community where she grew up, providing personalized and professional celebrations of life during some of the most difficult times families face. Her work is rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to honoring each individual’s legacy with dignity.


Beyond her professional role, Brandi has spent the past eight years as the Head Coach of the Thompson Station Middle School Softball team. Her passion for coaching reflects her dedication to mentoring young people and giving back to her community in meaningful ways.


Brandi and her husband, Brandon Ray, are the proud parents of two sons, Brayten and Brodie. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she cherishes the time spent with her loved ones. Her life and work are guided by a strong belief in service, compassion, and community.

Paula was born and raised in East Tennessee before moving to Middle Tennessee in 2017. She attended John A. Gupton College and became a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in 2019. In 2025, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, further deepening her commitment to service and justice within the community.


Paula truly believes that God called her to this work, and she considers it a blessing and an honor to serve families during one of the most difficult times in their lives. With a heart rooted in faith and compassion, she is committed to walking alongside others with care and grace.


She has come to deeply appreciate both Williamson County and Williamson Memorial, as they remind her of home with their strong sense of community and welcoming spirit. When she’s not serving families, Paula enjoys spending time at the gym or with her two beloved dogs, Hank and Hendrix. Her faith continues to guide both her life and her work, and she is grateful every day for the opportunity to serve others.

Masynn, a dedicated funeral director from East Tennessee, brings compassion, professionalism, and respect to every family she serves. She takes great pride in guiding families through some of their most difficult moments with care, dignity, and attention to detail. For Masynn, this work is more than a career—it’s a calling.


After graduating high school in 2020, Masynn moved to Middle Tennessee to attend John A. Gupton College, where she also met her husband, Hunter. Following their graduation in 2021 she joined the dedicated team of Williamson Memorial and Spring Hill Memorial. In 2023 she became a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.


Outside of work, Masynn enjoys spending time with Hunter and their dog, Ryker. She loves traveling to visit family, exploring new restaurants, finding local coffee shops, and attending church.

Jason Tomlin was born in Franklin, Tennessee and began his career in Funeral Service at the former Franklin Memorial Chapel at the age of 12 in 1988. Following its closure in 2007, he continued serving families with compassion at Bills-McGaugh Funeral Home in Lewisburg, Oakes & Nichols, Inc. in Columbia, and Spann Funeral Home in Dickson. He is a licensed Funeral Director and Notary Public. 


Jason is a single father of three children: Jayde Marie, 29, and twins Juliana Marissa and Jason Russell, Jr., 19. He is a 1993 graduate of Spring Hill High School. In January of 2024, he joined our firm and is proud to once again serve the Franklin community he has called home his entire life. 


In addition to his lifelong work in funeral service, Jason began a separate career in Radio Broadcasting/Voiceovers in 1989. He spent 34 years on the air at various stations in Middle Tennessee and continues his voiceover work tday.


Jason's hobbies include playing chess, The Andy Griffith Show, and studying the JFK assassination. He brings a rare blend of talent, experience, and compassion that our families appreciate and find comfort in during their time of need.

Paul, a U.S. Army Veteran, was born and raised in Illinois and moved to our beautiful state in 2021. He currently resides in Cookeville, Tennessee with his wife, Melissa, and their two sons, Aiden and Colin. 


Paul received his degree from John A. Gupton College in Nashville, TN and joined our firm in 2024 as a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. He is also one of our Certified Crematory Operators. 


Before entering funeral service, Paul worked in the healthcare field for over 25 years, practicing as a licensed Surgical Assistant and holding various roles across the medical industry. His background brings a deep understanding of care, precision, and service to the families he now serves.


He currently serves as a Board Member for the Upper Cumberland Funeral Directors Association and is an active member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.


In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, perfecting his BBQ/smoking skills, and working his small family farm. He brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to our firm and is dedicated to serving families with the values and traditions we hold dear.

Lauren is the daughter of Randy and Kim Gardner of Columbia. She grew up in Santa Fe and was a 2008 graduate of Santa Fe High School where she excelled in basketball. 


After high school, Lauren began her career in funeral service at the age of 18. She attended John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science, where she was awarded the TFDA Scholarship and graduated in 2009. She is a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer. 


Lauren is married Joshua Marshall, and together they reside in Petersburg with their four children, daughters, Saylee and Paige, and twin sons, Johnson and James. 


In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends on their farm in Petersburg. She also shares her love of basketball by coaching alongside Stacey Scott at BDA Hoops in Franklin.

TJ Bowling has devoted over 22 years to the funeral profession, beginning his career as a Funeral Assistant in Shelbyville, Tennessee. In 2024, he joined the team at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home & Gardens, where he proudly serves as a licensed Funeral Apprentice. TJ is currently continuing his education at John A. Gupton College in Nashville, deepening both his skillset and his passion for helping families through some of life’s hardest moments.


TJ is the proud father of three amazing children—Noah, Madison, and Thomas—who inspire him daily. A strong believer in community and mentorship, TJ has served for 19 years as the Cubmaster of Cub Scouts Pack 306 in Bell Buckle, Tennessee, helping shape the next generation of leaders with character and heart. 


On Sundays, he volunteers as the Upper Elementary Leader at World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro, where he continues to pour into the lives of young people.

With over 25 years in ministry, two decades of event planning, and 18 years in the insurance industry, Kim Stone brings a rare blend of compassion, wisdom, and professionalism to her role at Williamson Memorial. Having personally walked through seasons of tremendous loss, Kim understands the depth of grief and the importance of peace during life’s most difficult moments.


Before joining the funeral profession, Kim was honored to plan or speak at more than 26 Life Celebration Services — experiences that prepared her heart and confirmed her calling. She believes God has divinely positioned her to serve families with empathy, faith, and a calming presence.


Originally from Kentucky, Kim spent time in Southern California before making Tennessee her home more than 35 years ago. Today, she is deeply rooted in Williamson County — a place she proudly calls home.


A proud mother of three adult sons — Grayson, Josh, and Grant — and a doting grandmother to two grandsons, Kim finds joy in family, faith, and connection. She is active at Christ Chapel in Spring Hill, TN, serves on several nonprofit boards, and enjoys listening to music, binge-watching movies, cooking, and exploring new restaurants.

With over two years of experience in the funeral industry, Colton Bybee is a licensed Preneed Insurance Agent and certified to sell burial plots and cremation permanent placements in the state of Tennessee. Colton and his family moved to the great state of Tennessee in 2021 after his wife was medically discharged from the U.S. Air Force. 


Colton achieved his master's degree in

Sociology in 2012 and before transitioning into this field, Colton spent five years teaching and an additional five years in the RV industry, where he honed his skills in customer service and client relationship building.


As a father of three and the proud husband of an Air Force veteran-turned-nurse, Colton

understands the importance of family and community. Outside of work, he stays active by coaching his sons' tackle and flag football teams, enjoys spending time outdoors, whether fishing, hunting, and cheering on his favorite football teams, as well as bowling (terribly) in several leagues. 


Colton brings a down-to-earth, friendly approach to everything he does and is

dedicated to helping all families he serves to put an intentional plan in place.

Gracelyn Colón is a dedicated funeral professional with two years of experience as a mortuary student and funeral administrator. Hailing from Williamson County, Tennessee, she takes pride in her roots within this historically rich region. Gracelyn pursued her education at John A. Gupton Mortuary College, where she acquired extensive knowledge and practical skills that she applies daily in her work at the funeral home.


Known for her compassionate approach, Gracelyn strives to leave a positive and lasting impression on every individual who walks through the doors. She specializes in creating meaningful tributes for families, designing personalized stationery packages, memorial folders, and picture slideshows that honor the lives of their loved ones.


Outside of her professional life, Gracelyn is a true homebody. She finds joy in spending time outdoors, nurturing her home garden, and caring for her beloved dog, Bithy. With a heartfelt commitment to her community, Gracelyn is proud to serve alongside the compassionate team at Williamson Memorial Funeral Home, making a difference in the lives of those she helps during their most difficult times.
